I was talking to a friend, Mirko, about PicoContainer. He had implemented his own lightweight container (before the recent containers had come about) and is evaluating PicoContainer. He is playing with the idea of a PicoExtra which allows you to configure PicoContainer with the XML config format from the Spring Framework. Cool stuff!
