I am font overloaded.
First, I kick on a movie on type faces, Helvetica. Just imagine for a second this exchange with the wife:
It was actually interesting to see the designer types say exact opposite things about the font, the art of typography, and design:
Then, Ben goes and writes about Of Fonts and Java2D in which he picks apart pixels, as he is want to do.
He lists some of his favourites, starting with the Helvetica wannabe, Arial:
Good to see you blogging again Ben, and why wasn’t Helvetica on your favourites? :)

I actually spent about 10 minutes of my life watching Helvetica last night. That is 10 minutes of my life I will never get back. I debated watching more to find out how much more could there be to talk about Helvetica, but I just couldn’t do it.
Of course, the way I feel about that movie is probably the same way those people would feel about a 1hour 20 minute documentary on the origins of ARPANet. But, I would watch that movie multiple times…

Brian,
You should make “ARPANet”! And, to get your own back, make one of the swiss guys watch it.
