Granted, it&#039;s not quite as clear as your rewrite, but Python is very readable in general--much more than most languages.

On the other hand, I&#039;d hate to try to pronounce some Ruby or Perl that I&#039;ve seen. In any case it would be quite inappropriate for most settings as it would be filled with four-letter words ...
