Thanks for the blog link. I am sorry to see the Mono community feeling that way.

I don&#039;t know any of the politics, but I know that Jim is an insanely smart guy. Many think that AspectJ wouldn&#039;t have hit 1.0 if it wasn&#039;t for his genius.

Whenever I have heard about Jim talk about IronPython, he has focused on the Python community.

Proof is in the pudding, so we will see.

If not, there are plenty of other great dynamic languages for the CLR, and hopefully more will grow (I really want a solid Ruby.NET ;)
