Your we is small, agile innovators that move technology forward. While your we is past being ready for this (although I'm a tiny bit disturbed by the violent imagery!); it wouldn't be wise to encourage his we to adopt too early, lest they be disappointed and hide in Java / Air / MSFT / whatever apps for ten more years. They move more slowly. That's mostly to their disadvantage, of course.
