I really think that the guy should have had a cowboy hat in the first frame to show he was a cowboy coder and went to agile. That would make it that much more ammusing at the end :)

I’ve found myself in similar situations, but to be honest althought the last sentence shows the shows this wrong stereotypic behaviour, I think to demand some mild standartisation is not that bad.
